More Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Site layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.

Also included in this recent document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing different parts of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.

More images released as part of the current oversight process.
